**Primavera **is a triangular shawl composed of two identical halves divided by a center stitch. It is worked from the top down, starting at the nape.
The number of stitches increases with every row worked on account of different increases at the edges and before and after the center stitch (please refer to page 7 for which type of increase is worked in what spot).
In order to show off the full beauty of the yarn, the stitch pattern is composed of knit and purl stitches. One section of “flowers” made with yarn overs is separated from the next by purl ridges, making it possible to stop even in the middle of a pattern repeat.
