I love this dress. It was quite challenging to knit and I had several goes at it but eventually got it right albeit using many markers and counting the pattern repeats in every round. Correcting any mistakes was impossible. The finished article looks very pretty and I’m delighted with it. The instructions are excellent but I found the grid pattern too complicated and resorted to writing out each round onto a card, this worked perfectly.

Knit seamlessly in the round from the top down with a cute back button fastening to make for easy dressing.
This is an intermediate pattern which would be suitable for confident beginners who are familiar with working in the round. The lace pattern uses only basic stitches: K2tog, SSK, YO and SK2P. All lace patterns are fully charted and written out round-by-round.
The yoke is worked flat from side-to-side until the buttonhole and button bands are complete when it is joined to be worked in the round. The sleeves (or cap sleeve edgings) are worked seamlessly in the round.
