The yarn knitted up well but there were too many knotted joins in the balls which I found frustrating. Although I ordered 1000 grams instead of the 750 grams in the pattern I ran out of wool and had to order the Paintbox acrylic yarn to finish the button band. The jury is still out on how this will look!
