I bought Paintbox Wool Mix Aran yarn to knit a blanket for my granddaughter (age 11). The selection of colours available is excellent, and 1/3 into knitting this blanket I am delighted with how it is looking. I would recommend this yarn for most knitting jobs requiring Aran-weight yarn. It feels soft and resilient.

I chose this colour as the background and edging for the Afghan blanket I am knitting. The 50/50 wool mix is soft and knits up easily and the colour selection is extensive. I am enjoying working with this yarn.
Easy to knit wages well and keeps shape. Knit up to double knitting pattern used size of needles recommended. Washes easily and no dye exchange.
