Knits up lovely and colour is quite muted which I like

I have used this yarn a number of times and I like the end result

I use this yarn all the time for blankets etc. left over yarn can be put into new projects as it all the same quality.

I'm happy with the yarn

The average score is not a fair assessement for all the yarns I bought in the sale; the lilac/purple, green and aqua were very good. That real DK thickness which works up wonderfully. However, it has to be admitted that the white yarn (for some obscure reason) was thin and almost skimpy all the time, with very long lengths of weird winding, so that the effect was thin with tiny bobbles all along and amost uncomfortable to crochet. I was quite upset as the white was instrumental in the baby blanket I was making and the white hats, socks/booties and mittens I planned. I had to dump those plans because the white yarn was faulty and not good at all. Other than that, the other three yarns were very good indeed. A failure in Turkey, maybe - quality assurance not doing their job??? Very disappointing for the business, who work hard to offer good yarn. The factory needs a much better control of the process . However, it is still a pleasure to do business and especially at "deal" time. I bought loads! CAS
