Great colors, easy to knit
I loved the colours and it is easy to knit with. I'm using it for baby hats for the hospital maternity unit. I'm making 30 altogether.

Paintbox Yarns Simply DK is a 100% acrylic DK yarn, 276m (302yds) per ball, knitting to 22 stitches and 30 rows over 10cm on 4.00mm (US 6) needles; recommended crochet hook 4.00mm (F). Paintbox Yarns is our own brand, designed in house.
The palette is what sets it apart: brights, pastels and muted tones developed as one range, so shades chosen from opposite ends of it still sit together in a single project. That makes it a natural fit for striped and colourwork blankets, granny squares, amigurumi and children’s knits.
Acrylic keeps it machine washable and hard-wearing, and it takes a low tumble dry — worth having in anything made for a child.
Care: machine wash at 30°C, low heat tumble dry, cool iron, do not bleach.

Perfect for charity knitting
I love the Paintbox Yarns Simply DK 10 Ball Value Pack because it is perfect for all my charity knitting, including hats for shoebox appeal and baby and children's jumpers for Malawi, and a good price. It knits up nicely.
Beautiful yarn in great colors
I love the beautiful yarn to knit with and the extensive colour range. I'm using it for pale blue to knit an all in one for a newborn baby. I have not started yet, finishing another project first.
Lovely yarn for professional results
I love Paintbox. It's a lovely yarn and lots of colours to choose from. I'm using it for a crochet cardigan, and with leftovers, I crochet blankets for the hospital. It's lovely. It never puckers and it makes the crocheting look professional.
Perfect for a Safari-themed blanket
I'm using it for an alphabet/numbers blanket for my great great nephew due in January - the first boy in 3 generations! The theme for the nursery is Safari, so I'm using greens, neutrals, blues, etc. I am also knitting wild animals. A sloth is completed so far!
Great color and softness
The colour is nice, it’s soft to work with, and it seems to be value for money. I'm using it for a pullover top for layering in the colder weather to come. I am still in the planning stage.
perfect buying experience
The yarn was nice to knit with however I came across a knot join half way through the ball. Apart from that i was pleased with the product.
Paintbox, great yarn
Love Paintbox yarns, they are my first choice but wish they did a soft multicolour yarn. Never had a bad experience with Lovecrafts, extremely helpful and quick delivery.

Grest yarn, fast delivery!
I had previously ordered a value pack in the same colour and needed an extra pack to finish the blanket I was making. The wool does not split when crocheting and had a very slight sheen to it which is nice. It is really good value for money and I have ordered 3 addition value packs in different colours.
