This is a beautiful yarn and knits up very well. The shade is gorgeous and far more interesting than a solid colour. I’ve used it to knit a hoodie for a baby. It’s soft and warm and I am very likely to knit more jumpers or jackets with this yarn.
Excellent yarns, quick service and good communication
I love this wool. I have now made 4 jumpers , 4 hats and am in the process of completing a dog jumper all in different shades of ombre! The effect is stunning and the wool is great to work with and so soft. The jumpers are so cosy. I will buy more of it.
Lovely to knit with ,loved the graduation of colour
Splitting a little when I cast on. Absolutely fine when knitting, lovely to work with and so far nice and soft with a firmish drape.
Lively colours and easy to use
It's nice enough to knit up & I like the fade in fade out of dark & light when it happens naturally. If you don't get the right match when joining a new ball I don't like the stripe so I've pulled chunks out to get a nicer finish. It's a fair price for yarn that contains wool.
Beautiful roving style yarn with a woolly feel. Only used for crochet garments so far & lovely to work with although needs a bit of patience to frog. Used at least 1-2 hook sizes up from label as yarn thick in places. Bought several colours & looks forward to knitting with some. Beautiful colours
Oh my word, this yarn is gorgeous! It's a slightly thicker Aran with an unbelievably soft feel making it perfect for items worn next to the skin. I've just finished a hooded scarf for my daughter in readiness for the colder days, and she loves it. I used a slightly bigger hook than recommended to give a super soft feel to the scarf, the dropped the hook size by .5mm for the hood, which worked perfectly. It's a lovely yarn to crochet with, it doesn't split or tangle, just passes through the fingers smoothly. The coloiurs are beautiful - I've now made three items in three different colours and love them all.
Lovely soft yarn to knit. Great hombre effect. Still knitting with the yarn, so cannot say how it washes yet. Certainly will use again in different colour choices.
