Orwell the Orangutan is a cheerful, cheeky, baby ape who loves to fool around. Swinging from trees and eating satsumas are among favorite things to do. His least favorite thing is hanging around in the rain as his hair is rather prone to frizziness, but to be honest I think that's makes him look even cuter!
Made with Light Worsted weight yarns and a furry yarn (this example is made with Ice Yarns - Eyelash, in orange) and a Size D (3.25mm) hook Orwell measures approx. 16" (40cm) tall.
Suggested safety eye sizes - 15 mm

I haven't made the Orangutan yet but am looking forward to making it. Looks like a fairly straight forward pattern, shouldn't have too much trouble. Just need some beige yarn!
Lovely pattern. great result.
