Babies need sweet blankets. I wanted to make a design that could be used for both boys and girls. Here is to my sweet pea baby. This blanket could be knit in sport, DK, or worsted weight yarn, just adjust the size of needles. Sample was done using about 952yrds (875m) of sport weight yarn, 7 balls of MillaMia naturally soft merino in Sky Blue (126) using US 6 (4.0mm) needles. Sky Blue color is currently discontinued, suggested color substitute is Forget me Not (120).
Directions come in two versions, short and full. Full version is an explicit description of all 224 rows of the blanket body. If you use these directions you do not need short version, so print accordingly.
Typo on page 2 Directions, correct version is "28 full leaf vine repeats" not "24 full leaf vine repeats."
Type on page 2 Materials, correct version is "952 yards (875m)"
