Long Stalks Placemat

The Long Stalks Placemat Crochet Pattern uses the Triple Crochet Stitch. There is also a stitch I designed used to create the design. The stitch I created is called the Triple Crochet Box Stitch.

The Triple Crochet Box Stitch uses the same principle as the Double Crochet Cross Over Stitch, but you used the Triple Crochet Stitch.

I used 2 colors of #4 ply Medium Weight Recycled Cotton from We Love Yarn. You can also use a DK Weight Cotton Yarn.

The placemat measures 16" x 12"

This would be a great scrap buster because it uses 2 colors, but you could use up 5 different colors in #4 ply Medium Weight or DK Cotton Yarn.
