This is a perfect pattern for those new to knitting lace.
The pattern includes written instructions and the techniques required include: knit, purl, yarn over needle and knit two stitches together.
The knitting pattern is designed to be knit in any DK/8 ply yarn. Linen, Cotton or Silk.
One size: Designed to fit 81cm [32”] to 117cm [46”] Chest. One size really does fit all (the lace stitches provide a versatile stretch fabric.)
You will also need: 400 Grams of Linen/DK Weight yarn. Approximately 875 metres. 952 yards. of yarn.
1 Pair 5mm (UK6-US8) Knitting Needles (Required for a loose cast on to prevent curling hem)
1 Pair 4mm (UK8-US6) Knitting Needles (Main body and sleeves)
