Product Details
Liath (pronounced Lee-ah, 'grey' in Irish) is a triangular garter stitch shawl featuring a simple slipped stitch pattern. The shawl is designed to showcase mini skeins, combining one large semi-solid skein with complementary semi-solid and speckled mini skeins.
The shawl is worked flat, beginning with just a few stitches and increasing as you work. The pattern begins with alternating garter stitch stripes before introducing the slipped stitch motifs. The mini skeins are arranged in a fade progression, and the slipped stitch pattern changes as each new colour is introduced. The shawl is finished in a single-colour border.
