Jellyfish Hat

I created this hat to be in the family of all my jellyfish creations, which started with my jellyfish stash pouch necklaces, then my jellyfish earrings. I also loved the idea of the long tentacles being used like locks of hair or dreads, hanging down over the shoulders and down the back. They bounce with movement, and many of my buyers like to wear these at festivals or concerts while dancing!
