Got an old disintegrating round.
It came to me sticky, damaged, and was packaged in a way that all my other floss was stuck to it. I had to get my new floss wet just to get it off. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it AND just finding one at a store.

Good range of products.
The outer hoop is extremely difficult to force over the inner hoop to mount the project. The fact that this is plastic means it tends to bend and shift when using. Would prefer this to be tightened with the screw . The dark brown of the plastic does set off the sewn design very well.
