Beautiful soft yarn.
I gave two stars because the texture of the yarn is smooth and I liked the color but I do not recommend purchasing it because the yarn company is dishonest. They labeled it as Aran weight yarn when in fact it was Sport weight yarn. That's Sport weight at 12 wpi (wraps per inch; wound around a pencil). Aran yarn is 8 wpi. It was impossible for me to use for my project so I asked for a refund. Thankfully Love crafts after seeing my photos and documentation about yarn size did refund me... to their credit.
Very pleased with Hayfield Aran wool, soft and knitting up well.
