Great simple mittens, that keep well on the hand, under or over the jacket cuff. This pattern calls for DK yarn, with a gauge 21 stitches per 10cm (4”)

The mittens are knitted in the round from cuff to fingertips, with increases for the thumb on the side. These mittens are especially great for children as both mittens are exactly the same, so it doesn’t matter which is worn on the right and which on the left hand.
