Fallon is a sophisticated, elegant beret that can be styled in many ways. The knotted cable band keeps it firmly on the head.
Knitted around on 4mm and 5mm circular needles. Easy cable work creates those gorgeous pom-pom looking charms. If you can use a single cable needle and put it behind and front of work with 2-4 sts on them then you will be able to make it as a beginner knitter too.
