This crochet pattern will help you to create modern circle coasters and placemats. The coasters and placemats are simple circles with a raised ridge edge made using the reverse single crochet stitch.

** Supplies you will need ** - Aran / Worsted yarn - 5mm crochet hook - Scissors - Sewing needle

The pattern is written in USA terminology. You will need to know basic crochet stitches (sc, hdc) as well as the reverse single crochet (instructions included). The crochet pattern is 4 pages long and includes progress photos. Finished sizes are 11cm diameter for the coaster and 30cm diameter for the placemat.
