Product Description
Cyrene is a beautifully fitted, tailored jacket. The collar can be worn turned up or laying flat in a more traditional way and the lapels are created within the front and stand out by using distinctive stitch pattern. This creates a certain panache which is further enhanced by being knitted without side seams. This makes it a structurally interesting original which will delight knitters as there is so little to sew up.
Knitted in Purl Alpaca Designs 100% pure alpaca Medium yarn
Skill level: Intermediate
X-Small: UK sizes 4-6, to fit approx 73cm/29″ bust (11 balls of yarn)Small: UK sizes 8-10, to fit approx 83cm/33″ bust (13 balls of yarn)Medium: UK sizes 12-14, to fit approx 93cm/37″ bust (14 balls of yarn)Large: UK sizes 16-18, to fit approx 102cm/40″ bust (15 balls of yarn)X-Large: UK sizes 20-22, to fit approx 112cm/44″ bust (16 balls of yarn)
Knitted on 4, 4.5 and 5mm straight needles (although circular needles are recommended due to the number of stitches).
