Stitches used:

k2tog / p2tog – knit / purl two stitches together

kfb – knit into front and back of stitch

sl1k / sl1p – slip 1 stitch knitwise / purlwise

s1k1psso – sl1k, k1, pass slipped stitch over knitted stitch

yfwd – yarn forward

You will need:

• Wool max 25g per figure. I used Double Knit [8-6 ply, “light worsted”.] Tension square: 10cm x 10cm is 24 sts across and 32 rows.

• Knitting needles – I used UK size 11 [3.0mm, US size 2.5]

• Tapestry needle

• Stuffing

• Two stitch-holders / safety-pins

• Scrap pieces of cardboard

• Handful of pebbles
