All parts are knitted flat and sewn up at the end. No circular knitting is required.
Additional materials • Two pairs of 9mm safety eyes • Small amount of pink 4-ply • Toy stuffing (use dark coloured stuffing wool for black cat if possible)
Tools • 3.5mm knitting needles • Chenille needle • Scissors
Tension 24 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10cm in St st
Practical tips • Leave long ends at the beginning and end for sewing. • Use intarsia method to work head. • Sew seam with RS facing, using mattress stitch.
