Cath Kidston inspired mitts, cowl and hot water bottle cover

This is my Cath Kidston inspired finger less mitts pattern. I wanted to design a granny square based mittens pattern that looked like the Cath Kidston roses.

These mitts are a relatively quick and easy make, using SC, HDC, DC stitches. It also uses front and back post stitches.

The pattern uses less than 26g of each of the colours. I used Stylecraft Special DK yarn which is a acrylic 8ply yarn and a 3mm hook.

Each square measures 5cmx5cm.

10.01.21 - I've also added a bonus pattern = the matching rose hot water bottle cover. This is for 1 litre hot water bottles.

14.03.21. I've also added a matching cowl pattern.

25.04.23 Ive added a maching rose square bag.
