Product Details
The Carissa Blanket pattern was designed some time ago. I had some beautiful chunky yarn that had been discontinued so only had 200g. I decided I would design a simple solid blanket using just those 200 grams. Once I had completed the main blanket I fell in love with it and knew it needed a pretty scallop edge to finish it. The whole blanket used less than 300 grams of yarn so its great for using up those odd balls you may have laying around.
This pattern has been written using US crochet terms and was designed for beginners. It has been made using a chunky weight yarn.
You will need 200 grams (approx 334 yards/304 metres) of Chunky weight yarn for the main blanket and 100 grams (149 yards/136 metres) of chosen colour for border.
