Brioche Waves Blanket

Brioche Waves pattern includes complete instructions to complete the blanket and the cowl shown in the pictures. The pattern comes in two versions: “airy” – good for cowls, scarves and blankets, and “overlay” – ideal for trivets, bags, chair pads and potholders.

This easy to follow pattern (17 pages) is written for one size. It contains step by step full written instructions in English using standard crochet abbreviations and US terms (stitch guide is given in the pattern). It also contains lots of pictures explaining all the tricky and difficult places.

Materials:

• Yarn in 2-4 colors. For blanket I used yarn “Colour crafter” and “Colour Crafter Velvet” yarn by Scheepjes in shades:1063, 844, 845. And “Merino Soft” for the cowl in shades: 605 and 610.
• Crochet hook 4-4.5 mm (G-US7) or the size that will give an acceptable gauge.
• Scissors and Tapestry needle to weave the ends in.
