I chose the goomy50 rose as I liked the colour combination of greys and dusky pinks but there are others. It is a 3 ply so very fine and not a ply I would normally use, but because the wool knit as a 'fair isle' pattern you just cannot stop knitting it to see the pattern emerging. The finish is amazing. I don't think there are many jumper patterns around for goomy50 as the ad says it is usually used for socks and is very hard wearing but I am finding it perfect. It will be lovely and warm and...

Knits up nicely, but colours not quite as expected: this is a variably coloured yarn and a photo of a swatch of it knitted up would be useful on the website.

This is a lovely variegated yarn for making socks and I look forward to using it. I am still working on Christmas gifts! But with this project, I needed more yarn to make the sock cuffs as long as requested. I noticed that they were out of the color I needed but I asked that they contact me when they got more. They did just that and I received the yarn so I can start this project with confidence now.
This wool is not easy for me to get locally. It knits up very well and this particular colour way is subtle and pleasing.
