fingering: 28 sts & 40 rnds = 4”/10cm on US 2½ (3mm) needles in stocking st in the round
sport: 24 sts & 36 rnds = 4”/10cm on US 4 (3.5mm) needles in stocking st in the round
dk: 22 sts & 32 rnds = 4”/10cm on US size 6 (4mm) needles in stocking st in the round
worsted: 20 sts & 30 rnds = 4”/10cm on US size 7 (4.5 mm) needles in stocking st in the round
