Do you have fingering/4 ply weight yarn leftover from previous projects? Knit from the top down and worked until you run out of yarn, this pattern is ideal for using up your leftovers.
You need approximately 50 (85, 100) 120 (150, 170) yards / 45 (78, 92) 110 138, 155 meters fingering weight wool for the various sizes.
