Product Details
This crocheted bucket hat pattern featuring granny squares has a circumference of 18” to fit babies about 12 months old. The brim can be flipped up or worn down to keep the sun out of baby's eyes.
The hat uses one 4 oz. skein of light weight (DK or 3) yarn, plus a small amount of contrasting color, and a size G crochet hook. The model was made with Bernat Softee Baby Cotton, but you could use wool or acrylic for a cozy fall hat. This would also be a great pattern for using up odds and ends of yarn.
The pattern is suitable for intermediate crochet skills.
