This hat was one of my very first knitting patterns, and is still one of my favorites. I remember where i was walking when i got the idea, and not being able to sleep that night, running through all of the yarns i knew that came in the perfect color and weight – and the sheen had to be just right. The fibre company organik has inspired me again with their color lichen. It’s perfect. So enjoy the pattern in a second gauge. A classic spring or fall baby gift.
