I am giving you zero stars for customer service. When my package was delayed significantly and my tracing info had nothing to offer about its status I tried again and again to get responses from you about the status of my recent order. I got nothing in response. Once I even got a customer service person on the phone who promised to look into it and said she would phone or email me with what she had learned. No response.. Numerous emails to you also garnered no response. I understand that this was a very difficult pre-xmas/pandemic shipping situation, but there is not excuse for not offering any responses about where my package was, and whether it had gotten lost. I'm disgusted.
