The Marlitt thread was as we expected. We have used this thread for years and are so sad that it is no longer being manufactured. The sheen of this thread is unlike any other that we’ve found.

Good color and definition in stitch Would be good in either smaller or larger pieces
Loving Lovecrafts
Marlitt gives a pretty effect. A lovely satin sheen. It's tricky to stitch with but place a dot of glue, fray check or something similar to keep the end under control and go slow and you will love the end results. Just takes patience if you've never used it before. Well worth the time and effort. Stunning thread.

Excellent service
I’ve used this thread before, and it can be hard to find anywhere near where I live, so was happy to see it at Lovecrafts.
Good craft shopping experience.
Great service
Lovely sheen to thread. Colours fairly accurate on website
It really adds that bit of extra texture to my cross stitch
