Product Details
The Adirondack Pullover is an easy fitting, unisex raglan pullover with a simple seeded rib creating vertical lines. It is knit in one piece from the top down. Barbara Walker’s Knitting From the Top provides excellent general instructions for this style of garment. This pattern was one of my earliest releases and remains an enduring favorite.
Skills needed include: knitting, purling, working in the round, keeping an established pattern as shaping occurs.

This pattern is easy, it's basically knit 3 purl 1. This is the first sweater that I've knitted and I wanted to be able to focus on the construction rather than the pattern. Unfortunately, the directions are cryptic and wholly inadequate. If you've made a sweater before,it would likely be reasonable. I'm a relatively experienced knitter (cables, brioche, hats, booties, socks, magic loop), but a sweater is more complex than what I've knit before; in its 3 D construction. And it has to fit in multiple dimensions. This pattern was really hard to figure out.
