The edging of this shawlette is worked up along the sides as you knit. There is short-row shaping to help it sit on your shoulders and a picot bind-off for a fancy edging. The short-row shaping instructions are written only.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis pattern is not exactly the same on both sides, but it is lovely enough on both sides to be reversible – I prefer the “wrong-side” of this shawlette myself.
