Merion, the beautiful new super chunky roving yarn from Debbie Bliss, has arrived in a heavenly palette of delicate natural shades including Moss, Mint, Pebble and Sky. Get ready for kitten soft hats, sumptuous scarves and the snuggliest oversized sweaters that will have you feeling like you’re wrapped in a cloud!

Whip up a beautiful beanie with a single ball, or knit a slouchy sweater that will keep you snug on the chilliest of strolls! Made from 50% merino and 50% acrylic (for added durability), Merion boasts a light and lofty texture that’s cloud-soft for unbelievably quick winter knits that are simply irresistible!

Exquisitely soft and luciously warm, this beautiful super chunky roving yarn from Debbie Bliss is like knitting and crocheting with clouds! It is beautifully light and lofty, which means the meterage per 100g is a whopping 100m, making it a great choice for those beautiful oversized jumpers and cardigans we love! You can make a hat from just one ball, and you'll love the delicious colour palette - neutral cloudy linens, pebbles and pinks to rich, vibrant coppers, orange, moss and granite. You will hardly believe that it is 50% merino wool and 50% acrylic - it feels as soft as kittens.

“ The Big Softie Collection launches my new yarn Merion, which has been named after my much loved colleague, LoveCrafts superstar and Queen of the Podcast, Merion Willis.’ ”

As Debbie explains: ‘There are seven designs in the collection and I have collaborated with Harriet Hill, a wonderful young designer who works with me on my brand and who has created a fresh, contemporary look with a striped jacket, boxy sweaters and a cabled shrug. There is also a slouchy cardigan, garter stitch coatigan and a beginner’s knit poncho’.
