"I made this for Mum"

Size: 60x100cm I started this rug when I about 10 years old, but then I became a teenager, so it wasn't cool and it was all put in a bag. My mum did put it the loft, and when she passed away some 35 years later, we found the bag in the loft, so I finished it in her honor.

We were all amazed that she actually kept it for me, so the least I could do was to finish the rug as it was already finished about three quarters. Just glad the colours hadn't faded too much.

Lovely rug and story David. I also started a rug (large), about 30 odd years ago and put it aside as I wasn't sure if I liked the colours any longer. However, after 20 years I decided to finish it. Glad I did😊
