This cardigan turned out OK-ish. The colours are far nicer in person. Unfortunately, I would not recommend spending time making this pattern. I will be wearing this garment inside during the winter months as it is unlikely that the bulky bat wing will fit comfortably under a coat.

Thank you. I agree about the diagonal squares; that is one of the reasons this pattern attracted me. It is growing on me and I (thought I would never say this) may make another in 4 ply without the bat wing sleeve.

I really like it JLK. 🥰 The squares on the diagonal look much more interesting than the current trend for square ones. But I know what you mean about the batwing sleeves! 😖
