Cute little cardigan, the duck looks so sweet. Your duck looks flat enough, but if you struggle on large areas of floats at the back, twist the the yarn every two or three stitches to catch the float colour at the back. Not sure if i explained that right. Another way would be to do separate balls of yarn, so you would have blue, ball of yellow then blue again, then just carry the blue across on the bits like the tail I'm not very good at explaining but happy to try again if you want
