Panda bear
My friend Anne had asked me to make her mum a panda which I did and love. When I was looking for patterns I found the sirdar one which “pancake” as Anne’s 5 year old has called him was and this one by Gypsycream. Weeeeeeell I love this pattern soooooo bad (surprise) its so easy to follow and has made the most beautiful bear. Down side was it did take quite a bit more yarn (two Katia polar white and three black so quite an expensive knit), upside is he is truely lovely, big and soft with a gorgeous fat belly. I don’t think I can ever give him away, I just adore him.

Wow, he’s absolutely amazing. You’re right to keep him!

How did I miss your lovely panda?? She's a beauty :) xx

Oh wow oh wow he is perfect,so gorgeous, that wool is amazing.i can see his wee eyes, look at the fat tummy and I bet he's so soft and cuddly. I have learnt that the wool is really important when making toys, and the how great are Pat's patterns. The only thing is I think the border collie in you photo has its eye on him, well they are the same colour so must be for him.lol😂😊

Oh my goodness Helen he is adorable I love his eyes and nose, I'm not surprised you cannot part with him. I have this pattern and I've made the small version but this great big chap looks amazing. I think maybe Pandas just have to be like the real thing, big with fat tums.🐼

Gorgeous panda, he looks sooo cute and cuddly, he is just adorable 💕
