Zimtstern Cowl

This pattern has been designed exklusively for the Luxxyarns Advent calender MKAL.

Pattern gives both options to use a 480m or 400m skein of yarn.

Clue 1 – We´ll start with an i-cord, pick up stitches and create due to increases at each side and in the center a triangle. This has different structures which are created by knit and purl stitches and by eyelets.

Clue 2 – Now we´ll close the triangle and knit in round. Due to increases in the middle and decreases at the back a cowl will be created. Also here we´ll work structures, but with more repetitions of each section.

Clue 3 – This part we´ll finish our cowl, some structured parts from beginning will be repeated here and at the end an easy lace section which creates a wavy border. Optional you can create a tassel to attach to the lowest part of the cowl.
