… Wrap yourself in sparkle with one of these lovely shawls, sprinkled throughout with beads. The lace patterns are basic & timeless; together creating an elegant look. Two types of beading are utilized in the design: in the cast on & bind off, & throughout the rosebud lace pattern - both are easily adaptable to achieve the look you desire. A bit of a ruffle, knit with a complementary lace weight yarn, completes the airy look… Instructions & charts for both the triangular & rectangular shawls are included. The ruffle, worked in lace-weight yarn, uses 90 yds. for the rectangular shawl & 100 yds for the triangular shawl. The blue shawl was worked with approx. 600 beads; the purple shawl was worked with approx. 300 beads.
