Product Description
The skirt is knit entirely in the round from top down. It begins with a provisional cast on, which is used to allow for a knitted on waistband.
There are two distinct sections in the skirt construction: A-line top portion and the ruffled bottom part. The top portion is constructed in a way as to accommodate any size and shape. Both sections can be easily adjusted in length to give an overall length you want to make.
Techniques required: provisional cast on and cabling.
I am providing links to all the relevant tutorials and techniques, so if you are not familiar with any of them, here is your chance to try and succeed.
I would qualify this pattern as an intermediate-beginner.
Pattern comes in two versions:
- Dk or 8ply;
- Worsted or 10ply.
