Wrustic Wrap

A very easy lace pattern (perfect for beginners) that is both written and charted. There are no difficult stitches, just three types of decreases (k2tog, sk2p* and ssk) and yarn overs.

The wrap uses about 770 yards of sport weight yarn (you may also use DK or even worsted - but you will get a larger wrap and have different yardage requirements). With the simple lace motif this pattern is perfect for gradients or yarns with lots of texture. The expanses of stockinette stitch will really show off the yarn.

The sample used three skeins (256 yds/skein) of Freia Fine Handpaint Refined Ombre in the Pixie colorway.
