This lovely and soft 8ply Beanie has a 1x1 rib brim then is worked in an easy, striped, slip stitch pattern.
Pattern sizes: Age 2-5 yrs, 6-10 yrs, Teen and Lady.
To fit head: 52 (54-55-56) cm [20½ (21¼-21¾-22) ins].
Yarn required: Lincraft Supersoft 8ply, 50g balls@100m. 1 (1-1-1) ball main colour. 1 (1-1-1) ball contrast colour.
Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles. Wool needle for sewing up.
Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.

I have knitted this hat several times. The pattern is not too complicated to follow. I like the size for ladies. The fit is good; it comes below my ears and hugs the head. It is great for using some of my stash. Nearly all of my family now have one.
