Vagaland for Men

My original Vagaland mitts have been re-sized to fit men or for anyone who prefers a larger glove. They also feature a new design on the cuff and on the palm. The folded cuff maintains pattern and design on the outside but also has the benefits of snug ribbing on the inside giving a comfortable double layer around the wrist. Partnered with the original Vagaland mitts these would be ideal matching set for couples, friends or family.

The pattern is one size adult but the actual size can be changed quite dramatically using larger or smaller needle sizes.

Please pay particular attention to the required tension as my knitting tends to be close.

In this design I have used 8 shades from Jamieson and Smith but you could easily adapt the pattern to have less colour changes. Any 2 ply jumper weight Shetland wool would be suitable for this project.
