Twin Birds Infinity Scarf

This infinity scarf has a beautiful fairisle section of twin birds and plain texture around the remaining loop.

The scarf is knit with Double Knitting weight yarn, specifically Alpaca Superfine Double Knitting (75% alpaca, 25% wool), 50 grams/112meters with 2 balls of Blue, 1 ball of Parchment, and 1 ball of Gold. The alpaca and wool mix makes for a particularly soft and warm scarf! However any Double Knitting weight yarn would be suitable or a heavier yarn.

The scarf is started with an invisible cast on and then knit back and forth until the specified length, then grafted to the invisible cast on to create a seamless cowl/infinity scarf. There is a chart for the fairisle section and the remaining of the loop is a simple textured pattern with knits/purls.
