Tru Balaclava for Aran

Gauge: 17 sts in 4 in / 10 cm in stockinette stitch (row gauge is not important – measurements are given instead of row count).

The first part will be knit in the round. Use a stretchy cast on method or use larger needle size for the cast on (and then switch to regular needle size). The cast on edge has to be stretchy enough to fit comfortably over the head.

The balaclava is available in three sizes: teen/adult s, adult m/l, and adult xl.

You will need: Aran yarn (about 160-190 grams), knitting needles to obtain the gauge (for both knitting in the round and knitting flat), one stitch marker, a darning needle.
