The TRIANGLES hat knitting pattern is designed for aran or light worstred yarn. This is easy level knitting pattern; the following skills are required: Cast on, Knit, Purl, Circular Knitting, Color Knitting, Bind off. All measurements are given in US and metric.
SIZE: Kid — 17”–20” / 43–51 cm circumference, Adult — 22”–24” / 56–60 cm, Large Adult — 23”–25” / 60–64 cm.
YARN: Any Aran weight yarn (4” × 4” / 10 cm × 10 cm = 17 sts × 22 rows in stockinette stitch). I used DROPS Nepal yarn.
For adult's size: 90 yds / 55 g (98 yds / 60 g) in goldenrod color (2923), 18 yds / 10 g in olive (7238), 18 yds / 10 g in forest (8906), 18 yds / 10 g in royal blue (6790), 18 yds / 10 g in navy blue (1709), 9 yds / 5 g in dark purple (4399).
For kid's size: 58 yds / 35 g in goldenrod (2923), 18 yds / 10 g in olive (7238), 18 yds / 10 g in forest (8906), 18 yds / 10 g in royal blue (6790), 9 yds / 5 g in navy blue (1709).
NEEDLES: Circular or double pointed needles US 6–7 / 4–4,5 mm.
