Transversal Shawl

‘Transversal’ has an asymmetric triangle shape, with an allover Syncopated Brioche stitch pattern. Simple and minimalistic, this shawl gets its name from its unusual construction, in fact ‘Transversal’ is worked as two different triangles, with the second triangle picked up along the edge of the first and both are all worked in an easily memorized pattern, making it a great project for knitters on the go!

Construction: This richly textured shawl starts with a stretchy cast on, it is then worked back and forth in rows to create the first triangle, decreasing every row at one edge until just one stitch remains. Then stitches are picked up along one edge and a second triangle is created. The whole project is worked with two strands of yarn held together.
