Entrelac socks are a great way to mix and match colors from your stash. It's a very detailed pattern guiding you through each step. They are not tube socks, but have heel parts too, to be comfortable and suitable for feet with higher instep.

Skill Level: intermediate to advanced (some familiarity with entrelac is helpful)

Worked from the toe-up.
