Tiny Diamond tunic

Tiny Diamond tunic is made for a newborn girl. The measurements are: chest circumference 42 cm, length 33 cm, width at the bottom 70 cm. The dress is made in one piece top down flat and later seamed at the back. I left an opening for the head at the back which is buttoned with one small button. I modified the classic diamond pattern and made it smaller and more delicate and suitable for newborn's clothing.

Any DK yarn can be used for this project. I used Patons Fairytale DK in neutral colour.

The written pattern is very easy to follow and is suitable for a beginner who would like to take another step and try something more complicated. I am always there to help you out. I also included some guidelines how to make larger sizes (up to 12 months).
